Happy Independence Day! I am grateful for the freedom I've had my entire life but am aware that there are many who have never felt the safety and security that comes with freedom. The incredible Eleanor Roosevelt once said, " ... equality [is]not only for Americans but for all people on earth ..." Her beliefs regarding freedom and equality and her love for our country and the foundation on which it was built is something this country stands in need of today. If the leaders of our country had her tenacity and love for America, great changes would take place; I think we can all agree that changes need to be made!
